Our mission

Gentle Hatha yoga and wellness coaching, rooted in Hoshiarpur

Our mission is simple: to help people in Hoshiarpur improve their balance, flexibility and well-being through accessible Hatha yoga and supportive wellness coaching.

We are a small practice in Hoshiarpur city, Punjab, India, and we teach the way we would want to be taught: slowly, clearly and without pressure. Whether you are returning to movement after a long break, carrying stress from a busy week, or simply curious about yoga, you are welcome here exactly as you are.

We believe a good practice should feel accessible. That means beginner-friendly classes, personal guidance from someone who knows your name, and coaching that meets you where you are. If you are in Hoshiarpur or nearby and want to know more, you can reach us at yogawellness04@gmail.com.

Why a gentle, local approach

We keep things small and unhurried on purpose. Hatha yoga is a practice you build over time, and it works best when the teacher knows who is in the room and the pace suits them. Here is what we focus on, and what you can expect from us.

  • Local focus. We teach in Hoshiarpur, so classes stay close to home and you are never travelling far to find a calm space to practise.
  • Gentle practice. Slow movement and steady breath come first. Every posture can be adapted, so you can work at a pace that feels right for your body.
  • Personal attention. Classes stay small enough for the teacher to see how each person moves and to offer changes where they help.
  • No pressure. There is no competition and no comparison. If you need a rest, you take one, and every body is welcome here.

A practice built on care

Yoga and coaching should help you feel more at home in your own body and your own life. That is what this practice is for, one gentle class at a time.
